Egyptian construction company Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development is considering partnership with major companies operating in the field of development and real estate to utilize a plot of land spanning 193 feddans, Invest-Gate reports.

The company aims to use the land to establish a regional service project on Cairo-Suez desert road at the entrance of New Heliopolis City.

Heliopolis Housing’s BoD earlier gave the go-ahead to an EGP 100 mn financial lease with Global Leasing Company (GLC) to finance a triple treatment plant and a sewage network in New Heliopolis.
