Heliopolis for Housing and Development’s three projects, in the Sheraton neighborhood in Heliopolis, in Obour City, and in New Heliopolis City, have recorded total sales of EGP 25.4 mn in October, Al Borsa reported on Tuesday.

The company has sold seven residential units in the Sheraton area for EGP 12 mn, seven residential units in New Heliopolis City for EGP 4.5 mn and a villa for EGP 4.3 mn.
Five residential units were sold in Obour City for EGP 3.4 mn, along with 11 private garages for EGP 1.1 mn.

Heliopolis for Housing and Development recorded a total annual profit of EGP 400.6 mn for fiscal year 2015/2016 compared to EGP 204.7 mn for fiscal year 2014/2015.
