Heliopolis for Housing & Development (HHD) will be implementing several projects the upcoming period, including the construction of facilities for 240,000 acres located on Suez Road which are set to be offered to private investors soon, according to Wael Mahmoud the company’s Deputy of CEO, reported Al Mal.
The company is also building facilities for 1,700 acres of land in New Heliopolis that will be finalized in 2017. It has completed construction of facilities for 1,500 acres of lands in Shorouk City and Badr City, along with 1,700 acres in New Cairo, 700 acres in Sheraton, and around 95 acres of land located in Obour City.
HHD has contracted with the National Company for Housing, which is affiliated to the Egyptian Armed Forces, to build a 10 MW electricity station to serve residents in New Heliopolis, added Mahmoud in a conference organized by Al Mal.
