Heliopolis for Housing & Development (HHD) will be renovating and developing one of the renowned gardens in the capital, Merryland Garden, in efforts to preserve heritage, Invest-Gate reports.

The first phase is currently being developed while the second phase will be implemented at the beginning of next year.

The renovations include the expansion of lands, adding 96,000 square meters of green plot. The entire Merryland garden spans an area of 50 feddans, according to a released statement.
