High Art, a leading Egyptian architecture and construction firm, has announced the completion and delivery of its latest residential development, Art City, Invest-Gate reports.

The project, featuring 600 units with a unique Italian-inspired design, includes villas and apartments across 59,000 sqm.

Strategically located near Nasr City, Maadi, and the Fifth Settlement, Art City offers a premium living environment with green spaces, recreational facilities, and a children’s play area.

Moreover, over its 32-year history, High Art has established itself as a key player in Egypt’s construction and real estate sectors. The company has completed over 200 residential, commercial, industrial, and service projects.

For his part, Mahmoud Essam El Din, Executive Director of Real Estate Investment at High Art, expressed pride in the company’s accomplishments, particularly in recent years. In addition to Art City, High Art is working on “Makan Mall,” a commercial and medical center in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement. The mall aims to attract medical professionals and prominent retail brands, and is situated near major commercial hubs and renowned restaurants. Makan Mall is set to become one of the area’s leading commercial and medical complexes.
