Home Town Real Estate Development partners with Hassan Allam Property Management to supervise “Lafayette Mega Mall” project in the Downtown area and “Zaha Park” project in MU23 at the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

This agreement comes as part of the company’s plan to establish strategic partnerships with experienced entities. The contract was signed by Diaa El-Din Farag, Chairman of Home Town Real Estate Development, and Hussam Allam, Chairman of Hassan Allam Property Management, according to a company press release.

Diaa El-Din Farag, Chairman of Hometown Real Estate, confirms that this contract comes within the framework of the company’s keenness to cooperate with successful entities to develop its projects and provide the customers with high-quality products. He further elaborates that Hassan Allam Company is one of the best management companies with long experience in this field for more than ten years.

“Lafayette is the largest commercial and entertainment resort at NAC’s Downtown area and spans over on an area of ​​43,000 sqm. The project is in a premium location. Delivery of the projects is expected to take place as of July 2023,” the statement reads.

The “Zaha Park” project extends over an area of ​​7200 sqm in the MU23 mall area – between R2 and R3. The project is implemented in two phases consisting of 10 floors. The first phase includes three commercial floors with a total area of ​​6400 sqm, areas ranging from 35 to 200 sqm, with an average of 30 shops per floor. The second phase includes seven medical and administrative floors with a total area of ​​17,000 sqm, with areas ranging from 32 to 200 sqm.
