Hometown Developments announces its participation in the Nile Real Estate Exhibition in Riyadh, which falls in line with the company’s strategy for 2022, Invest-Gate reports.
The company confirms that it aims to open foreign markets during the coming period, to attract foreign clients for its projects in the capital, which the company has believed in since the government announced the huge national project, it applied for purchasing plots of land in the NAC, in which the company’s projects are currently being implemented.
Also, the company has contracted with DMA to work on the design of the “Zaha” project, which is the company’s first project in the NAC.
Currently, the company is marketing its projects in foreign exhibitions to attract external clients. As its participation in the Nile Real Estate Exhibition in Riyadh from February 17 to 19, in which 20 largest real estate companies in Egypt participate. The company provides many offers during the exhibition days by providing different payment methods.
The Egyptian Ambassador to Riyadh Ahmed Farouk visits and opens the pavilion of “Hometown”, accompanied by the organizing company “Expo Republic for organizing exhibitions and conferences”.
Diaa El-Din Farag, Chairman of Hometown Real Estate, states that this participation is the first of an upcoming participations series that the company will make in several foreign exhibitions, which is the company’s first actual steps of exporting real estate abroad.
He adds that Hometown is one of the first companies that applies to purchase plots of land in the NAC, believing in the state project, which the company sees as one of the largest and most important projects in the world.
Eman Salah, vice president of the company, explains that the Nile Real Estate Exhibition in Riyadh is a big step for the company to start the process of exporting the property, and this step is one of several steps the company is taking during the current period to be an important element in the process of exporting the property abroad, pointing out that the company has the ingredients that push it strongly to participate in foreign exhibitions.
Besides, the company was able to sell about 45% to clients outside Egypt of the total sales of its projects in the capital during the previous years.
For his part, Hossam Zayed, head of the sales sector, states that Hometown Development company achieved great sales figures during the past short period, reflecting the confidence of its customers.
Hometown Development owns four projects in the capital, including commercial, administrative, and medical, the first of which is the “Zaha” project, which is the company’s first project in the MU23 area, and it is a medical administrative commercial project on an area of 7200 m2, which is the company’s first project in the capital, which is located next to the Sports City and facing the iconic tower between Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Suez Road.
The project consists of a ground and 10 floors, and the implementation rate is more than 65%. The project will be delivered by the end of this year. The company was able to achieve 100% sales of the phases that were put forward from the project in the commercial and medical sectors.
The second project is Lafayette Mall, and it is a commercial and entertainment project over an area of 43,000 m2. The project is located in the best locations of the Downtown, directly opposite Al-Massa Hotel, in Plot No. 1 next to the central station of the monorail.
It consists of a ground floor and five floors, in addition to two basements. The project includes about 600 commercial stores, 85 restaurants, and a café, and it also has a children’s play area, an ice-skating area, and a dancing fountain.
The project is designed by DMA Engineering Consultants, and the entire excavation and replacement phase has been completed and the concrete pouring process has begun, and more than 70% of the project has been sold.
In addition, there is Village Mall project, the company’s third project in the NAC. It is a mall dedicated to restaurants and cafes in the Downtown area. It is attached to the Lafayette project. The project is located on an area estimated at 22,000 m2, with a ground height and five floors, and the project includes a complex of eight cinema halls in addition to a Roman theatre, and the project contains green spaces with an area of 25,000 sqm. Excavation work has begun on the project, and it will be delivered at the end of 2023.
The company’s latest project in the NAC is the Eudora Mall project, which is located in an area of 13,700 meters in the best locations in the capital, directly in front of Al-Massa Hotel. It is a commercial mall and a complex of restaurants. It consists of six commercial floors in addition to a basement dedicated to parking, and the project units’ spaces start from 30 m.
