Hometown Developments is gearing up to commence the delivery of its initial projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) in 2024, Invest-Gate reports.
Diaa El-Din Farag, the Chairman of Hometown Developments, affirmed the company’s commitment to expedite construction progress in ongoing NAC projects and collaborate with prominent brands. This strategic approach allows the company to fulfill its contractual obligations with customers and accelerate project operations.
Farag further stated that the company has achieved 85% completion of the Zaha Park project, its inaugural undertaking in the NAC. The project, situated in the Mu23 area of NAC, is positioned directly on the El Amal axis, between the residential neighborhoods of R2 and R3. Anticipated to be the first commercial project in that vicinity, it boasts 10 floors and caters to approximately 25,000 housing units. The project’s electromechanical system has already been installed, and it is slated for delivery and opening in 2024.
Additionally, the company has accomplished 100% of the concrete work for the La Fayette project, which serves as an entertainment hub in the Downtown area. This project occupies a prime location overlooking the Downtown facade of NAC, positioned in front of the Al Masa Hotel and adjacent to the Financial District and the Government District.
Furthermore, Hometown Developments has made substantial progress in the implementation of the Udora mall project. The mall is strategically located in Downtown, directly across from the Al Masa Hotel.
Farag emphasized that the company has prioritized collaborations with renowned brands, making it the first developer in the capital to contract with 50 distinguished international brands, establishing their presence within its projects in the NAC.
