Foundation Stone Laid in Nasser City – West Assiut

Hometown Real Estate Development celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for its fully integrated residential project, West Gardens, in Nasser City – West Assiut. The project spans 32 feddans in one of the city’s most distinguished locations, specifically in the Plateau area. The foundation stone was laid by Diaa El-Din Farag, Chairman of Hometown Developments, in the presence of Engineer Jehan Ahmed Ammar, Head of Nasser City – West Assiut Authority, Dr. Mostafa Kamal, President of بدر University in Assiut, along with company executives, partners, and consultants.

Diaa El-Din Farag, Chairman of Hometown Developments, stated that Nasser City – West Assiut is the first fourth-generation city in Upper Egypt. It represents a promising urban hub featuring modern planning, advanced infrastructure, and an integrated road network, providing a progressive urban environment aligned with the state’s vision to develop Upper Egypt into a comprehensive investment and urban attraction center.

He added that the Egyptian state has given special attention to Upper Egypt’s development through infrastructure projects and new cities, creating an attractive investment climate for real estate developers. He noted that the company views Nasser City – West Assiut as a genuine opportunity to build an integrated urban community serving a wide segment of clients seeking quality of life and secure investment.

Strategic Location Enhancing Investment Value

He explained that West Gardens enjoys a strategic location in the Plateau area, near the main road and the Plateau–Airport Road, close to the new Governorate building and the Government Services Complex, as well as near Assiut International Airport and the high-speed electric train axis, enhancing the project’s investment value.

He pointed out that the company is collaborating with the engineering consultancy firm YBA – Yasser El Beltagy to oversee the project’s consultancy works, ensuring the implementation of a contemporary urban vision that reflects sustainability standards and high-quality design. He emphasized that laying the foundation stone for West Gardens represents a strategic step within the company’s ambitious expansion plan, which aims to establish a presence in various new development areas, particularly in Upper Egypt, which has recently witnessed unprecedented development growth encouraging investors to inject significant investments into this vital region with strong demand.

Official Sales Launch in February

He confirmed that official sales for the project will begin this February, noting that the development responds to the growing demand for integrated residential communities in Upper Egypt, especially with the significant upgrades in road networks, utilities, and governmental and educational services in the area.
