Hometown Developments expects achieving EGP 2bn in sales in 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

The company announces that its plan for the year focuses on accelerating construction rates and delivery of its projects.

Chairman of Hometown Developments, Diaa El-Din Farag, reveals that the company’s projects are located in New Administrative Capital and that it achieves strong construction and marketing rates for these projects.

Farag says: “The distinguished real estate product that competes strongly in the real estate market will be the winner in the coming period, especially in the New Capital. Besides, the client has become aware and able to choose from offered projects.”

“Additionally, the company aims to be present in some strong exhibitions during the new year as one of the important marketing mechanisms that achieve direct communication between companies and customers,” he adds.

It is worth noting that Hometown is developing four projects in the NAC; Zaha Park, Lafayette Mall, Village Mall, and Udora Mall.
