Hometown Developments has launched Home Residence, its latest residential project in the Sixth Settlement area of New Cairo, with an investment of EGP 7 bn, Invest-Gate reports. The announcement was made during a grand event at Al Masa Hotel in the New Administrative Capital, attended by key company officials, clients, and real estate professionals, and featuring a performance by singer Tamer Hosny.
Diaa El Din Farag, chairman of the board of directors, described Home Residence as a fully integrated residential project that combines a strategic location, innovative investment potential, competitive pricing, and intelligent design. The project’s master plan and architecture will be developed by Chapman Taylor under a strategic partnership agreement.
Farag emphasized the government’s efforts, through the Ministry of Housing, to accelerate infrastructure development in the area, ensuring the availability of essential services to complement private sector projects. He highlighted that early investments in this emerging district offer strong long-term returns, as current property prices remain lower than other established areas.
Hometown Developments has a diverse portfolio in the New Administrative Capital, including Zaha Park, located in the MU23 district, which will be the first commercial project delivered in the area. The company is also developing Udora, a mixed-use project situated opposite Al Masa Hotel, just minutes from key government and financial districts.
Karim Abdin, commercial director at Hometown Developments, stressed the project’s prime location, ensuring easy access to major roads and services. Home Residence is three minutes from South 90 Street, four minutes from the Middle Ring Road, six minutes from the New Administrative Capital, 25 minutes from Cairo International Airport, and within close proximity to Suez Road, the American University in Cairo, and other key destinations.
The project includes a wide range of amenities, such as a social club, swimming pool, gym, spa, pet-friendly zones, barbecue areas, underground parking, a padel court, and a smart entry system. A 24-hour security system will provide a safe and secure environment for residents.
Additional features include a centralized satellite system for uninterrupted entertainment, an intercom system for easy communication, jogging and pedestrian paths, surface parking, children’s play areas, and landscaped green spaces with water features. The development also includes a vibrant commercial district and dedicated co-working spaces.
