Hometown for Real Estate Development has signed an agreement with Savills Egypt to provide operational and management consulting across four of its key commercial developments in the New Capital (NC), Invest-Gate reports.
The deal, announced during a press conference at one of Hometown’s NC projects, includes Zaha Park, La Fayette, La Fayette Village, and Udora. The partnership aims to raise operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and strengthen investment value.
Diaa El-Din Farag, Chairman of Hometown, said the decision to work with Savills Egypt reflects the company’s commitment to delivering professional operations that preserve client investments and reinforce the identity of its developments. “This collaboration highlights Hometown’s commitment to preserving its clients’ investments and trust, ensuring the highest return on investment through professional operations,” he added.
Farag noted that the four projects are among the most prominent commercial names in the NC and require innovative operational models. He also said the next phase will focus on applying smart systems and international facility management standards.
Catesby Langer-Paget, Head of Savills Egypt, described the agreement as a strategic move aligned with Hometown’s vision. “We aim to support the operational strategy and customer experience through a comprehensive approach, incorporating modern practices,” he said.
He added that Savills will offer integrated advisory services, including asset readiness, leasing strategies, and revenue models. The company will also oversee plans for facilities such as security, cleaning, and parking, while reviewing contracts to safeguard long-term owner interests.
