Hometown Unveils New Project in NAC

Hometown Development launches The Village project in the New Administrative Capital with the largest cinema complex, with a total of 10 halls that accommodates for more than 1,000 movie-goers, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Zayed, director of the commercial sector of the company, states that The Village, being the company’s newest project, includes areas starting from 30 sqm. The project offers a payment plan of a 5% down payment and a payment period of up to 10 years, a distinct payment system that commensurate with the purchasing power of the target customers.

Diaa El Din Farag, chairman of the board of directors, mentions that the project includes a hypermarket on an area of 2,250 meters under the supervision of DMA Engineering Consulting, and Hassan Allam Asset Management will operate the project after its implementation.

Mohammed Al-Shami, vice chairman of the company’s Board of Directors, adds the project’s location in Downtown NAC guarantees an excellent return on investment for the unit buyer, as well as guarantees the speed of operation of this promising project.

Al-Shami notes the companies invest-plan in NAC and implementation of various projects will meet needs of all currently targeted customers.
