Horizon Egypt Developments has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with global technology leader Hikvision, aimed at integrating advanced smart city solutions across its real estate portfolio in Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.

The collaboration will be implemented across several of Horizon’s flagship developments, including Saada New Cairo, Saada Sahel, and Saada Boutique, reinforcing the company’s positioning as a developer of modern, smart, and sustainable urban communities.

Senior executives from Horizon Egypt Developments welcomed a high-level delegation from Hikvision, led by Mr. Xu Peng, General Manager of Hikvision, during his first official visit to Egypt.

The delegation also included regional executives from the Middle East and Europe, alongside Hikvision’s local management team in Egypt. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at Horizon Egypt’s headquarters in Cairo.

A core objective of the partnership is the establishment of a unified Command and Control Center, enabling Horizon Egypt to centrally manage community operations, facilities, and services across its projects. This integrated operational model is expected to enhance sustainability, optimize resource utilization, and elevate the residential experience across Horizon’s developments.
