House Building Co. unveils an expansion plan including 30 projects in different distinguished locations in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Talaat Gawargious, Chairman of House Building, says the company implements and delivers 90 projects in Nasr City.

The company starts the construction of 30 projects in New Cairo, including six projects in the Al-Lotus district, three in the Al-Andalous district, seven in Al-Nargis, and nine in Bayt Al-Watan, Gawargious reveals.

The chairman states that the projects’ locations are carefully selected to achieve the highest return on investment for clients.

New Cairo’s closeness to the New Administrative Capital and the completion of different services in it make the city a preferred destination for many, he adds.
