Housing Minister Announces Upcoming Completion of 175-Bed Hospital in New Qena City

Eng. Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced that a new 175-bed hospital will soon be completed in New Qena City, Invest-Gate reports.

He emphasized that the hospital will serve residents of New Qena City and neighboring areas, reflecting the state’s commitment to providing essential services to the people of Upper Egypt.

El Sherbini noted that the project implementation rate has reached an advanced stage and is being carried out under the supervision of the New Qena City Development Authority. He urged the implementing companies to increase their work rates while ensuring adherence to quality and standard specifications.

In the same context, Eng. Ayman Rashad Abdel Hamid, Head of the New Qena City Development Authority, along with the Authority’s officials, inspected the progress of the hospital project to monitor advancements and address any obstacles. The hospital is located in the clubs area of the northern extension of the first residential district and is being constructed by specialized companies.

He reiterated the Authority’s commitment to providing various services across all sectors for the city’s residents.
