Housing Minister Inspects Projects: Azbakeya Garden Renovation, Maspero Triangle Area Development, and Imbaba Airport Area Development

Eng. Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, concluded his inspection tour by reviewing the progress of the Azbakeya Garden Renovation Project, Invest-Gate reports.

This project is being implemented by the Ministry of Housing as part of the Khedivial Cairo Development Projects.

He was welcomed by Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, along with officials from the Ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority, and representatives from the implementing companies.

El Sherbini and his companions toured the various components of the park to assess the implementation status of all its elements, as well as the supply and installation of various components.

He praised the volume of work and achievements in the project and emphasized the commitment to achieving the highest quality standards to open the park for public use, making it a recreational space for the residents of Cairo.

El Sherbini then proceeded to the Maspero Triangle Development Project to monitor its implementation status, assess the ongoing work, and identify the challenges and obstacles facing the project in order to address them.

He stressed the importance of adhering to the highest quality standards in implementation, as this will be one of the distinctive features of Cairo Governorate, in addition to meeting the specified timelines for completion.

During his inspection tour, El Sherbini visited the Imbaba Airport Development Project in Giza Governorate to follow up on the status of improving the efficiency of the residential units within the project.

He directed that attention should be given to the finishing works and facades of the buildings, as well as the cleanliness of the designated units, to ensure that services are provided to citizens in a dignified manner.
