Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued five decrees to take action against building violations on residential plots in various areas of New Beni Suef, Invest-Gate reports.
The violations include unauthorized construction on Plot No. 1016 in the Third Residential District, where unauthorized rooms were built on the roof.
Moreover, another violation occurred on Plot No. 369, Sector D, in the Sixth Residential District of the “Ebni Beitak 1” area, where a ceiling was added in the ground-floor setback, contrary to the approved architectural designs and building permits.
Furthermore, additional violations were reported on Plot No. 758 in the Third Residential District and Plot No. 1 in the Second Neighborhood of the First District, where surface areas were increased beyond the legal limits. Similarly, unauthorized ceiling extensions were added on Plot No. 15, Sector Z, in the Sixth Residential District.
Also, the decrees mandate that the New Beni Suef City Authority remove these illegal structures in collaboration with the Construction Police and local law enforcement.
Notably, these actions reflect the ministry’s ongoing efforts to enforce building codes and ensure adherence to urban planning regulations.
