Assem El-Gazzar, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, along with a delegation from the ministry, participated in the inauguration of the Cityscape exhibition in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Invest-Gate reports.

The exhibition is hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the first time under the slogan “Building the Home of the Future,” with the participation of over 170 countries and exhibitors from 21 countries.

El-Gazzar and his accompanying delegation toured the diverse exhibition pavilions and were briefed on proposed development projects in Saudi Arabia, including housing projects in collaboration with the private sector. Several Egyptian real estate developers attended the tour.

Notably, the Cityscape exhibition targets homebuyers, investors, real estate developers, engineers, designers, real estate investment funds, insurance companies, property owners, and those interested in the real estate sector.

The exhibition will feature various dialogue sessions in specialized forums and theatres to discuss different aspects of the real estate sector, such as artificial intelligence in real estate, real estate market trends, environmental sustainability, the role of women in technological innovations in real estate, the future of industrial properties, urban planning, and many other topics.
