Housing Minister Reviews Sales and Delivery Progress of City Edge Developments Projects

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Sherif El Sherbiny met with officials from City Edge Developments to review the sales performance and delivery timelines of several key projects, Invest-Gate reports.

Representatives from the ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), and company executives attended the session.

During the meeting, El Sherbiny assessed sales figures for developments in New Alamein City, the New Administrative Capital, New Mansoura, and the Maspero Triangle. The discussion also included updates on recent marketing incentives and facilitation measures applied to select projects.

The minister instructed the preparation of a comprehensive media campaign to promote City Edge’s real estate offerings and boost visibility across these major cities.

El Sherbiny also followed up on the handover status of residential units, particularly in the Mazarin compound and beach towers in New Alamein. He directed that completed units be delivered promptly to buyers.

Additional updates included the delivery schedules for projects in the New Administrative Capital and New Mansoura, as well as the operational performance of public services in those cities—including maintenance, cleanliness, security, and recreational facilities.

The minister emphasized the importance of enhancing resident satisfaction through timely delivery and efficient service management, highlighting the role of New Alamein’s beaches as part of the city’s broader attraction strategy.
