Eng. Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities announced that the Ministry will roll out the second phase of its largest-ever residential offering—part of a plan comprising around 400,000 units—at the beginning of October through The Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform, Invest-Gate reports.
El Sherbini emphasized that the platform represents a pivotal step in Egypt’s digital transformation, providing advanced electronic services to citizens and investors while improving efficiency in real estate marketing.
During a meeting with officials from the platform and the New Urban Communities Authority, the minister also reviewed progress on two key initiatives: The Unified Real Estate ID System and the Egyptian Real Estate Export Platform. He highlighted that exporting Egyptian property requires comprehensive strategies to classify available units, target global markets, and build a robust digital framework.
The Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform (www.realestate.gov.eg) aims to serve as a reliable database of properties in the local market, offering real-time updates and integrated online services to simplify property transactions and connect Egypt with international markets.
