Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar said New Alamein’s corniche and beaches will be open for the public, Invest-Gate reports.
This came during the minister’s on-site visit to the beach towers district, where there are 15 42-story towers under construction, according to a ministerial statement on March 23.
The minister also highlighted the importance of investment in New Alamein beaches by international and local companies, while utilizing all facilities built along the city’s promenade.
The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) pumped investments worth EGP 33 bn into different projects nationwide in the prior six months, planning to direct an additional EGP 44 bn by the end of July 2020.
