Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, toured the Al-Fursan project in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, currently under development by the National Housing Company (NHC) with the involvement of the Egyptian Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG), Invest-Gate reports.
During his visit, he received a comprehensive briefing on the project’s progress.
El Sherbini engaged in discussions with NHC in Saudi Arabia regarding the potential participation of Egyptian contracting firms in diverse development ventures within the Kingdom.
This collaboration aims to leverage the extensive expertise of Egyptian entities in urban development and aligns with Egypt’s commitment to sharing its innovative urban practices with Saudi Arabia.
In response, NHC officials in Saudi Arabia elucidated that the company, established in 2017, is dedicated to realizing the objectives, programs, and projects of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing across all sectors.
By furnishing supportive services that streamline work processes, expedite project completion, and foster investment growth in the Kingdom, NHC plays a pivotal role in advancing development initiatives.
