The New Urban Communities Authority has announced a three-month payment facilitation period for residents whose land status has been regularized in the 6 October and New Sphinx cities, Invest-Gate reports.

According to the statement, residents can now schedule the payment of the initial installment, whether 15% or 25%, in quarterly or semi-annual installments over a maximum period of one and a half years, with the addition of applicable charges from the due date and post-dated cheques.

The remaining financial dues will be paid according to the approved payment rules and systems.

Notably, this move aims to ease the financial burden on residents and ensure compliance with the regularization process.
