Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has revealed an expansion in the availability of residential units for reservation within the “Valley Towers” project in October Gardens City, Invest-Gate reports.

The number of units ready for immediate delivery has surged to 2,406 units from the initial 984, maintaining the same terms as previously announced.

El Sherbini emphasized that this increase aims to cater to the significant surge in demand from citizens seeking to reserve units within the project. This decision reflects the New Urban Communities Authority’s (NUCA) responsiveness to customer requests and the overwhelming interest in securing residential accommodations.

Hassan El-Shorbagi, Vice President of NUCA for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, detailed that the unit sizes range from 95 sqm to 101 sqm.

Comprehensive information regarding the offering, reservation procedures, locations, sizes, pricing, payment options, and terms are accessible on the Housing Units Offering Program for Individuals “Maskan” website until the reservation deadline of August 29, 2024.
