The Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority has announced offering 13 commercial units with areas ranging from 18 sqm to 90 sqm, beneath residential buildings in District 13, for public auction on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

It is worth noting that those interested in participating in the auction can physically inspect the units during official working hours at the Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority, provided that they request the terms and specifications documents from the authority’s headquarters.

Moreover, the New Minya City Development Authority has announced the implementation of an alternative line with an area of 1000 sqm and a length of approximately 1.8 km, connecting Sewage Pump Station No. 6 to the existing road south of the Ibn Baytak residential area, in the city’s third phase.

This will be done through a public tender among companies registered with the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors.

In a related context, Mustafa Harb, the head of the Akhmem Al Gadida City Authority, stated that six commercial units with various activities and a pharmacy, ranging in area from 33 square meters to 67 square meters, were sold in a public auction at the commercial market building in the services area north of the city.

Representatives from the State Council, the New Urban Communities Authority, the Ministry of Finance, and members of the auction committee attended the auction.
