Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announces that a total of 1,632 residential units are implemented in the El-Nargis district in the 10th of Ramadan City, as a part of the Housing for All Egyptians presidential initiative, Invest-Gate reports.
The project includes 68 buildings with full services and utilities, El-Gazzar adds.
He reveals that a club is executed in the eastern axis of the city to serve residents of social housing units, alongside schools and different service facilities.
For his part, the Head of the 10th of Ramadan Development Authority, Ahmed Omran, states that the club is located at 17,000 feddans.
Around 85% of the project is completed, Omran adds, highlighting that the project includes a social building, a gymnastic hall, a football stadium, a commercial building, and two cafeterias, as well as praying areas.
Omran says that the city is witnessing a great breakthrough in the implementation of major service and development projects with the highest level of quality.
