Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund, has refuted the news circulating on certain websites regarding the Ministry of Housing’s offer of new housing units for low-income individuals, Invest-Gate reports.

She stated that no advertisements are currently available for reservation, and the Fund is not launching any advertisements at this stage.

Abdel Hamid urged citizens to exercise caution and avoid dealing with misleading news, advising them to obtain accurate information from official sources such as the Fund’s website, its social media pages, customer service centers, and the hotline designated for citizen inquiries.

She emphasized that citizens can stay informed about important information and updates by following the Fund’s official digital platforms on social networking sites, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Threads, as well as the Fund’s website.

Additionally, citizens can utilize the Fund’s platform for complaints and suggestions or contact customer service centers through the provided phone numbers, or visit any customer service center in city agencies or housing directorates.
