Minister of Housing, Assem Al-Gazzar, follows up on the implementation of new residential units, shopping malls, medical centers, schools, and nurseries in the New Obour City, Invest-Gate reports.
The Head of the New Obour Development Authority, Ahmed Ali, reveals that the new projects in the city’s 14th district include constructing 806 residential buildings, incorporating 19,344 units under the Housing for All Egyptians initiative.
The projects also include building 7 shopping malls, 5 medical centers, 5 schools, 4 nurseries, 2 five-a-side football stadiums, and a bakery, Ali adds.
He elaborates that road and utility projects are underway in the 14th district of New Obour city with a total cost of EGP 397 mn.
