The Housing Ministry has received 36 offers from leading companies to get land plots for investment-purposes, Invest-Gate reports.

The offers concern 13 land plots, which will operate through a public private partnership system (PPP), with areas varying between 58 and 2,800 acres, according to a Ministry of Housing statement.

This comes after the successful first offering of lands through the same system which witnessed signing agreements for projects expected to see investments worth EGP 365 bn and provide 112,000 units for different social levels.
