Deputy Housing Minister Nafisa Hashem, announced that the public draw for 600 residential units, 112 and 120 square meter, in a governmental project in New Cairo’s Third Settlement will be held on April 1 at Borg El-Arab Stadium, Invest-Gate reports.

Hashem added that attendance is limited to the 9702 reservers upon showing the deposit payment receipt with their signature or an authorization from the reserver.

The registration process will take place between 10 am to 12 pm, then the doors will be closed to start the proceedings.

The results will also be announced on the Housing and Development Bank website: www.hdb-egy.com.

Successful applicants will receive their units by the end of this year.

Unsuccessful applicants will be able to refund their deposits between April 22 to May 10 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm from the same branch in which the payment was made.

Hashem said 5% of the offered ground-floor units are allocated to disabled people. The applicant is required to submit a professional rehabilitation certificate approved by the National Council for Disability.
