The Housing Ministry is to offer 2200 residential units for sale in Sakan Misr medium-income project next December, Invest-Gate reports.

A total of 1100 units will be offered west of Qena governorate, while 1100 others will be offered in west of Assiut governorate, both in Upper Egypt, a ministry statement reads.

The units, which will be offered as of December 26, will be 115 square meter, with premium finishing, and will be delivered within 24 months.

The Housing Ministry will also establish a number of service projects next to these residential units, the statement adds.
