Five administrative orders have been issued by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities to remove violations in new cities, in efforts to preserve the image of new projects, reported Al Mal News.
The violations that are expected to be removed are located on the service road on the Cairo-Ismalia Desert Road, falling under the jurisdiction of the Obour City Authority, according to Kamal Fahmy Deputy Head of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
An unlicensed one-storey building was also ordered to be removed as it was built on the lands owned by the NUCA on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road.
The decisions also included removing a building located near Fayrouz village on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, as well as buildings on 75 to 200 square meters on NUCA lands, according to Al Ahram.
The Ministry of Housing has assigned the Obour City Authority, the property protection authority, and the police to execute the removal orders.
