A total of 421,700 square meters of housing projects across three villages in New Valley governorate have been dedicated for youth at affordable prices, announced to Governor of New Valley Mahmoud Ashmawy, according to Al Borsa.
Another 31 acres of lands have been allocated to a charitable institution for agricultural purposes and will be developed in partnership with the Social Development Fund. This comes in line with a rural sanitation project already executed in one of the villages at a cost of EGP 3 mn, which will be finalized by the end of this month.
“The governorate is to add a water treatment plant at a total cost of EGP 7.5 mn and electricity generators at a cost of EGP 330,000,” added Ashmawy.
