Hyde Park Developments and RMC Worldwide Partners Launch “Art for All” at the American University in Tahrir

Hyde Park Developments has announced the launch of its “Art for All” initiative in collaboration with RMC Worldwide Partners, in a move that reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting the cultural and artistic landscape and enhancing the presence of art in everyday life. The company continues to prioritize investing in human and community development, Invest-Gate reports.

Objectives of the Cultural Initiative

The initiative, hosted at the American University in Tahrir, features a diverse program of concerts, artistic performances, and theatrical shows carefully curated to appeal to various audiences and tastes. The first event is set to kick off with a concert by Medhat Saleh on April 24, marking the beginning of a series of monthly cultural, musical, and theatrical experiences aimed at delivering a rich and integrated cultural offering.

The “Art for All” initiative aims to revive fine arts and reintegrate cultural entertainment into daily life, contributing to a more engaging and impactful artistic experience for the public. It also aligns with the state’s efforts to revive and strengthen Egyptian identity through cultural and artistic activities that enhance artistic appreciation and enrich community life.

Hyde Park’s Statement on the Initiative

Commenting on this, Hala Abdel Wadood, Chief Corporate Communication, and CSR Officer at Hyde Park Developments, said: “Egypt has always been a leading soft power in the fields of culture and arts throughout history, reflecting the depth of its heritage and its continuous ability to influence creative awareness locally and regionally. From this standpoint, we are keen at Hyde Park to support and reinforce this legacy through initiatives that provide the public with opportunities to engage with Egyptian arts and draw inspiration from its rich history, in line with the state’s direction to maximize the role of culture in human development and identity building”.

The Role of Arts in Societal Impact

She added: “We see the arts as a human-centered medium capable of creating a profound impact on societal awareness, not merely as a tool for entertainment. Through the ‘Art for All’ initiative, we aim to deliver an experience that reinforces this human dimension and contributes to strengthening Egyptian identity”.

RMC Worldwide Partners’ Statement

Ahmed Obeid, Founder and Managing Director of RMC Worldwide Partners, stated: “We are very pleased to partner with one of the region’s leading developers on our new initiative. With Hyde Park’s continuous support for arts and culture, we are confident in the significant impact that ‘Art for All’ will have on this sector. We highly value Hyde Park’s vision and strong support for the initiative in the coming years to further develop and revive the arts in all their forms. Only major entities truly recognize the importance of supporting Egypt’s entertainment and cultural sector”.

Previous Partnerships and Collaborations

The partnership between Hyde Park and RMC Worldwide Partners is built on a shared vision to deliver exceptional cultural experiences. RMC Worldwide Partners brings extensive expertise in organizing major events within historic venues in collaboration with top artists. This collaboration also builds on a successful track record between the two companies, as Hyde Park previously sponsored the “Bent Shobra” concert celebrating the legacy of the international icon Dalida. The partnership further extends to collaborations with Al Adl Group Studios to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Umm Kulthum’s passing in 2025 through the play “Daybeen fi Sout El Set,” in addition to the musical performance “Sout w Soura” by Marwa Nagy at Qasr El Nil Theater, along with several concerts featuring stars such as Hiba Tawaji and Hussain Al Jassmi.
