As part of its strategic vision to enhance the range of services across its developments, Hyde Park Developments, a leading integrated community developer, announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Safa Hospitals to establish the “SAFA MEDI.PLEX” medical complex at Hyde Park New Cairo, aiming to provide advanced, integrated, and diverse healthcare services for the project’s residents, enhance their quality of life, and deliver comprehensive healthcare services within the development, Invest-Gate reports.
The new medical complex, operated and managed by SAFA MEDI.PLEX, a subsidiary of Safa Hospitals, will leverage the hospital group’s extensive expertise in healthcare services. Spanning 16,000 sqm, the complex will include a day-care hospital, two medical imaging and laboratory centers in partnership with Alpha Scan and Alpha Labs, as well as private clinics ranging from 44 to 157 sqm. Delivery of the medical complex is scheduled for 2027.

SAFA MEDI.PLEX operates under Safa Hospitals, which manages two hospitals in Mohandessin with a combined capacity exceeding 280 beds and provides specialized clinics, emergency services, medical imaging, laboratory services through Alpha Medical Group, day-care hospital services, and private clinics.
The partnership reflects Hyde Park Developments’ strategy of strengthening integrated services across its projects by offering comprehensive healthcare, commercial, and recreational facilities to support its vision of building sustainable, integrated communities.
Hyde Park New Cairo is strategically located in Fifth Settlement, spans 6,081,337 sqm with EGP 115 bn in investments, and includes 14,767 residential units, a business district, Hyde Out, and Rise Sports Club. The new medical complex is the latest facility announced for the development.
