Hyde Park Developments, a leading real estate developer in Egypt, staged one of the summer’s most anticipated events at its flagship North Coast project, Sea Shore Ras El Hekma, Invest-Gate reports.

The concert brought together, for the first time, Arab superstar Hussain Al Jassmi, singer Ahmed Saad, and the dynamic music group Disco Misr, delivering a night of music, emotion, and energy that captivated a large audience from across Egypt and the Gulf.

The event marked Al Jassmi’s debut performance on the North Coast, where he premiered his latest album In Record Time. It followed his successful collaboration with Hyde Park in the company’s 2025 Ramadan campaign Farq Kbeer. Saad also treated fans to exclusive live performances from his new album Bistahel.

The evening drew prominent figures, including Minister of Finance Mr. Ahmed Kouchouk, former Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled El Anany, alongside leading media personalities, investors, partners, and celebrities. The event was organized by Roznama and Remedia, ensuring a polished production with meticulous attention to detail.
