Hyde Park Developments has announced the launch of the final and most premium phase of its flagship residential project, Garden Lakes, located in West Cairo, as part of its strategy to continue offering integrated and sustainable urban communities, Invest-Gate reports.

The newly launched phase, named Park Residences, features contemporary architecture and is strategically positioned in the heart of West Cairo—just minutes away from key destinations including Al Gezira Club and Mall of Arabia. This phase has already witnessed significant demand, reflecting the project’s reputation as one of the most desirable residential communities in the area.

Park Residences is designed around a central park and scenic lake, ensuring privacy, tranquility, and high-quality living. Notably, green spaces and landscaping occupy 85% of the total land area, with only 15% allocated for built-up structures.
