Hyde Park Developments has announced the launch of the last phase of townhouses in the Garden Lakes project, comprising 60 townhouses, along with the release of 12 additional townhouses, Invest-Gate reports.

The decision to unveil the final phase comes after the project’s success, especially after previous phases were sold out within 24 hours of the launch. This release complements the company’s diverse offerings of residential units, catering to a wide range of preferences and needs.

Moreover, the last phase of townhouses in Garden Lakes includes 60 units with areas of 215 sqm and twin houses with areas of 242 sqm. The units are expected to be delivered within four years.
