Hyde Park Developments Unveils “Lagoon Town” in Seashore Project at Ras El Hekma

Hyde Park Developments, one of Egypt’s largest real estate developers, has announced the launch of “Lagoon Town,” the most distinguished phase within the Sea Shore project in Ras El Hekma city on the North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.

The main plan for the “Lagoon Town” phase includes a connected swimming lagoon spanning 22,000 sqm, accommodating 1,500 chalets ranging from 65 to 138 sqm with direct views of the lagoon and vast green spaces, allowing residents to enjoy nature and tranquility.

Additionally, the new phase offers various amenities and entertainment facilities, with panoramic windows providing breathtaking views, excellent ventilation, and spacious balconies.

Moreover, the Sea Shore project marks Hyde Park’s first venture into the North Coast. It is part of the company’s strategy to diversify its real estate portfolio, supporting the state’s efforts to develop the western North Coast region and create new job opportunities to ensure sustainable development.

Strategically located at km 210 on the Ras El Hekma road, the Sea Shore project is close to major axes and roads leading to Cairo and other cities on the North Coast. Furthermore, it is 52 km from the Dabaa road, 4 km from the Foka project exit, 91 km from the New Alamein Road, and 120 km from the New Alamein Road.

In terms of design, the Sea Shore project features a unique urban design based on terraced-style architecture rising 32 meters high, providing magnificent views of the sea for all residential units across its 550-meter stretch. Some units also overlook lakes and swimming pools, with around 25 pools of various sizes within the project.

Notably, all units of the “Town Islands” phase of the Sea Shore project in Ras El Hekma city on the North Coast were sold out within 24 hours, reflecting customers’ confidence in Hyde Park.
