Egyptian developer Hyde Park Properties for Development unveils its latest project in North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.

The company launched the first phase of the 1.1 mn square meter Coast 82 Sahel, with a payment plan over eight years.

Located in a very special location on the northern coast of Khaj Al-Foka area, the project overlooks 560 meters of a beautiful white sandy beachfront.

The new development comprises a five-star hotel, a beach clubhouse, dining facilities and a retail center.
