I Capital Developments is preparing to launch its latest project, Orla, which is located in a prime location on the Suez Road in New Cairo, with two main entrances and a unique view of several landmarks, Invest-Gate reports.

For his part, Company Chairperson Mahmoud Abu El-Khair explains that Orla is a residential project spanning over 12 acres, with a built-up area of about 18%, and the rest of the area consists of green spaces and water features.

Abu El-Khair declares that the project includes a mixed-use complex (including commercial, administrative, and medical units) on an area of 6,000 sqm to serve the project’s owners. Additionally, it contains residential units, with various sizes ranging from 70 sqm to 257 sqm, to fulfill all customers’ needs.

Moreover, Abu El-Khair points out that the engineering and consulting designs have been entrusted to Al Mamar Engineering Consultant, one of the leading companies in the field in the Middle East.

According to the project’s timeline, it is expected to be delivered within three years, with an estimated investment of approximately EGP 1 bn in construction during the current year. Meanwhile, Abu El-Khair revealed the company’s expansion plan, which includes pumping investments of EGP 2 bn in new projects that will be announced soon.
