I Capital Developments announced its participation in the Cityscape 2023 exhibition, as part of its marketing plan to reach its target customers, Invest-Gate reports.

Ziad Elabi, Chief Commercial Officer of I Capital, stated that the company decided to participate in the exhibition with exclusive discounts and offers on its Orla, with a down payment starting from 0% and installments up to 10 years.

Elabi highlighted that such events provide an exceptional opportunity to gather numerous developers and showcase a diverse range of real estate products in one venue. Moreover, exhibitions offer customers the advantage of accessing exclusive offers and discounts.

Haron Abdelghany, Head of Sales of I Capital, describes Orla as a residential complex in New Cairo. Its two main entrances further emphasize the project’s distinctiveness, enhancing its overall appeal and unique positioning.

Elabi mentioned that the project spans a total area of 12 acres, with a built-up area of 18%, while the remaining is dedicated to green spaces and captivating water features.

He further emphasized that Orla encompasses commercial, administrative, and medical facilities, covering an area of 6,000 sqm, aimed at serving the project’s residents. Additionally, the project offers a variety of residential units ranging from 70 to 257 sqm, ensuring a diverse range of options to cater to the needs of a wide customer base.

Elabi indicated that according to the project’s timetable, delivery is scheduled within three years, starting from 2023.

Abdelghany added that the engineering and consulting designs for the project were entrusted to Memaar for Consulting Services, a renowned company recognized for its expertise in the Middle East.
