Ibn Sina for Hotels and Resorts has launched its first flagship project, Cecilia Lagoons, in Egypt’s North Coast, Invest-Gate reports.

Located 245 kilometers from Alexandria on Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh Road, the project lies in a raw area that acts as a wave’s bumper, with only 20 meters distance from the seashore, according to the company’s official Facebook page.

Cecilia Lagoons clients will relish luxurious amenities such as an aqua park, a marina, 5-star hotels, in addition to a shopping mall.

The project offers units ranging from 100 up to 250 square meters for EGP 100,000 down payment and up to 6-years installment plans.

Ibn Sina also offers high-end finishing and furnishing services at its flagship project, as well as a property management team to undergo maintenance services for the site and also other services for the clients.
