Ibtkar Real Estate Development Company markets 10 projects in many areas in New Cairo, including the Lotus area, North Al Rehab, North House, Andalus, and other areas, Invest-Gate reports.

The marketed projects’ units span between 149 sqm to over 300 sqm.

The company is pumping nearly EGP 200 mn in investments into these projects.

Ibtkar plans to deliver these projects within 3 years, the company’s Marketing Director, Shady Mahmoud, says.

Mahmoud notes that Ibtkar implements more than 100 projects in the city of New Cairo.
