IC Group reveals its plan to complete the interior design work and finish the commercial units of the Gold Market project in the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.
This comes within the framework of the company’s ambitious plan to attract well-known brands and expertise houses in the world.
The company signed a partnership contract with the most famous Italian designer, Fabio Antonese, one of the most experienced designers in the field of designing international gold and diamond stores.
It is noteworthy that Antonese is famous for his creative work in many of the most famous stores around the world, such as ROMAN MALAKOV DIAMONDS in America, PEDERZANI Milan Italy, Maison De Greef, Brussels, Belgium, AVAKIAN Switzerland, and Dubai Jecob&co.
Fibo Antonese, chairman of Design office, says that the plan was set to the finishing works for the project’s shops according to international designs in order to suit these kinds of stores, meet the customers’ needs of customers, and match the largest markets operating in this field.
It is noteworthy that the Gold Market project is located in the MU23 area, which is located between “R2” and “R3”. The mall also spans over 8,300 sqm and features eight floors divided into five commercial floors and three administrative floors.
The unit’s spaces start from 40 to 173 sqm, and it aims to serve the residents of the NAC and the neighboring cities.
The project costs EGP 800 mn and more than 60% of the project’s work is completed. The company rolls out several payment systems for up to six years. Moreover, the mall includes major international jewelry companies and the largest jewelry merchants in Egypt and the Middle East.
