Cairo-based iCommunity announced the launch of its new brand, Lyve, which will serve as the community management platform for real estate developers, homeowners associations, and compound residents, Invest-Gate reports.

The app aims to connect all in one single simplified platform, transforming customer engagement and offering more services, according to a press statement on January 26.

“Lyve comes with a strong focus on residents…We opened up the application for third parties to offer their products and services to our users directly via Lyve. This helps us cater to our premium clients’ needs beyond their typical engagement with management,” according to Karim Akram, CEO of iCommunity.

“With the new platform, we are also adding key features to improve maintenance collection fees which is one of the key challenges for homeowners associations and real estate developers. We are here to simplify the lifestyle of every resident,” Akram added.

iCommunity, launched August 2016, was the first platform for compound management with key clients such as Palm Hills Developments, Rooya Group, and Madinet Nasr Housing and Development (MNHD). All in all, iCommunity has over 50 compounds with about 40,000 units.
