IGI Real Estate has signed a contract with Coldwell Banker Real Estate to promote its newest residential project in west Cairo’s 6th of October City, or “Oak Park,” Invest-Gate reports.

Coldwell Banker markets about 90% of real estate developments across various areas in Egypt, including the New Administrative Capital (NAC), North Coast, Ain Sokhna, New Cairo, New Mansoura, and many more, according to a press release on October 27.

“For 25 years, our company tempts to change the concept of real estate development, and draw attention to West Cairo as one of the most promising areas. Also, IGI leads the construction boom in 6th of October City,” Chairman of IGI Real Estate Khaled Sheta was quoted as saying.

With a built-up area of no more than 20% of the project, Oak Park features a prime location in west Cairo, offering an array of residential units that range from 167 to 235 square meters, with payment facilities of up to eight years.
