IGI Developments has recently launched the first phase of the Garden Gate at Ashgar City project in 6th of October City, west of Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The launch event took place on January 14, 2023, at the Crowne Plaza West Hotel and witnessed an overwhelming response from customers. The entire first phase, consisting of 100 units, was sold out within just 24 hours of the launch.

The units offered in the latest phases of Garden Gate have attracted customer interest due to their distinctive design and views. The project features landscaped areas with water bodies, an outdoor gym, and a BBQ area, all at competitive prices.
