IGI Developments Showcases Projects at Nile Property Expo in Saudi Arabia

Egyptian developer IGI Developments is participating in Riyadh and Jeddah editions of the Nile Property Expo, with its largest portfolio of luxury assets targeted at Gulf investors, Invest-Gate reports.

Making its debut at the event — a top draw for Arab property deals abroad — IGI captured Saudi customers’ attention on day one in Jeddah with its credentials and competitive offerings.

IGI Managing Director Sherif Mostafa said foreign shows and conferences exporting Egyptian expertise in development, contracting and consultancy are important.

Mostafa said IGI recently launched a new 800-unit phase called “Garden Gates” in the heart of Ashjar City. Units range from 95-195 square meters, with an average price of EGP 4.5 mn (equivalent to SAR 360,000).

Payments start with 10-15% down and installments for up to eight years, Mostafa noted, adding that units in other phases are ready for handover within three to six months.

Mostafa announced the launch of the “City Central” commercial phase in Ashjar City.

The project includes offices and clinics starting from 35 sqm and priced from EGP 2 mn, the top executive added.

IGI traces its roots to 1942 and developed integrated communities since the 1990s, like Gardenia Park. It is now expanding nationwide with projects handled by GDG for infrastructure and Profilers for architecture.

The listings come as Egyptian real estate provides attractive yields against rising Gulf currencies. IGI acts as an ambassador for the sector’s innovative quality offerings and reconstruction-driving investments.
